How does the Smart NFC Pet Tag work?
The Smart NFC tag attaches to your pet's collar and contains all your contact information. If your pet gets lost, anyone with an NFC-enabled phone (iPhone 7+, most Android phones) can tap the tag to instantly see your details and call you. No app download required.
Do I need an app to use the NFC tag?
No app needed! The NFC tag uses standard NFC technology built into modern smartphones. Simply tap with any NFC-enabled phone and it displays your contact info. You register your info on our website before use.
How long does the cooling pad stay cool?
The Summer Cooling Pad uses pressure-activated gel that provides cooling for 3-5 hours per activation. No electricity needed. Simply place in a cool spot or refrigerator to recharge between uses.
Is the water bottle leak-proof?
Yes! Our Portable Water Bottle has a secure sealing mechanism that prevents leaks during travel. The attached bowl unfolds easily and holds enough water for multiple drinks without spilling.
How do I clean the products?
Most PetCarts products are dishwasher safe (top rack). The NFC tag and cooling pad can be wiped with a damp cloth. Always check product care instructions included in your package.

What is your warranty?
All PetCarts products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails within one year, we'll replace or repair it free of charge.
