- Canada: Free standard shipping, typically 3–7 business days.
- United States: Typically 5–10 business days.
- United Kingdom & Europe: Typically 7–12 business days.
- Australia & rest of world: Typically 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs processing during busy periods. Any import duties or taxes that may apply are determined by your local customs authority.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, or if your product arrives defective or not as described, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us to initiate a return before sending anything back.
